Actual services are governed by a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between Wirehazard Digital and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement shall control.

a. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing involves inherent variability. Wirehazard Digital makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes such as website traffic, search rankings, lead volume, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), or revenue. Past performance described on this Site (including case studies or testimonials) is not indicative of future results.

b. “As Is” Basis

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

c. Third-Party Platforms

We frequently work within third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. These platforms operate under their own terms of service and may change their policies, algorithms, or ad delivery systems without notice. Wirehazard Digital is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms that may affect campaign performance or outcomes.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wirehazard Digital, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
