When Wahl Professional set out to bring their Annual Barber Battle online, they needed more than a website — they needed a fully orchestrated digital competition platform. We engineered a custom full-stack application that automatically guided contestants, judges, and fans through every phase of the event: from a suspense-building countdown, to multi-video submissions with secure payments and digital release forms, to a private judging portal, and finally a live results reveal. We architected the Pilot QuickStart™ Program from the ground up: a fully custom, white-label training ecosystem complete with automated enrollment, multi-gateway payment processing, fee-split revenue sharing, role-based access for four user types, and automated certificate generation at course completion.
